Passivhaus is a concept developed in Germany. It has been adopted and proven worldwide to increase a building’s energy efficiency and reducing its ecological footprint.
Buildings constructed to “PassivHaus” standard are ultra-low energy buildings, they use very little energy for heating or cooling, they are extremely comfortable and healthy to live in.

- Air tightness- An airtight building is one that has been designed and constructed to minimise the uncontrolled movement of air through the walls, roof, floor and joinery. Airtightness can be meas

- Ventilation- Mechanical Ventilation System. These systems work together to exchange indoor and outdoor air while minimising the energy required to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
